How much time will be required by expert panel members to participate?

This research will use the Delphi technique which involves panel members responding to surveys.

The first proper survey may take a little time with my conservative estimate being 40 minutes. Then we will move into a more structured repetitive survey process where each survey will take around 25 minutes. We do these until we reach a consensus on the questions or we stop seeing convergence in opinion.

Typically, only 2-3 rounds are required but I am preparing for the potential for a couple more. I expect the time commitment of the panel members to be between 2-3 hours over a couple of month.
